I have learned so much at my time here at The George. I had no hotel experience when I began, only a few customer service jobs I had held previously. I learned all of the basis, such as check-in and check-out procedures, answering phones and writing pass-ons each night. I also learned many other skills that I will be to take with me into every other job I take in the future. I learned more about customer service than I ever have before. I learned the importance of employee empowerment, and I learned a lot about guest recovery. I am especially proud of my success in this position, and my promotion to Front Office Supervisor.
